Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms cover your use of this site, run by Caine & Touchdown Show. By using the site you agree to them. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Who can use the site
The site is for adults 21 and older. Some content discusses sports betting lines, so you are responsible for following the laws where you live.
Picks are entertainment
Our picks, spreads, records and opinions are for entertainment only and are not betting advice. We make no promise about any outcome, and you are solely responsible for any wager you place. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
The Survivor pool
The Survivor pool is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Eligibility, picks, prizes and winners are governed by the Official Rules, which win over these terms if the two disagree. We may disqualify entries that break the rules, including duplicate or automated entries.
Your display name and handles
Anything you submit, like a display name or social handle, must be yours to use and must not be offensive, misleading or someone else's identity. We may change or remove it, or close an entry, if it is.
Our content
The show, its episodes, logos, artwork and site content belong to Caine & Touchdown Show. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Do not copy, re-upload or sell our content without permission.
Other sites and services
The site links to podcast apps, YouTube and social platforms that have their own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, the NCAA, any team or conference, or any of those platforms.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. Scores, schedules and lines come from outside sources and may be late or wrong. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Caine & Touchdown Show is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any betting losses, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@caineandtouchdown.com.
